The included UFPLOGO.SYS file is an animated startup logo created by Kendall 
Davis for Windows 95, to use it place it in your boot directory (Usually
C:\).  If you have a file named LOGO.SYS in that directory, back it up.  Then
rename the included file to LOGO.SYS, reboot, and you should have a new
animated startup screen.
