HTML codes are written in a text editor and tested under MS Internet Explorer 2.0 & Netscape 2.0 in Windows 95. (Sorry for those who've wondered which HTML editor I use. Due to the precision of image size and table location on Holodeck 3, I found that it is more flexible for me to use a text editor as my HTML editor.)
The visitor counter is provided by STARBASE-21's server. However, you can obtain a free web counter on http://www.digits.com for your own homepage.
The guestbook (guest log) is provided by a very popular guestbook server, Lpage.com. You can get your own free guestbook from them too!
In case that you are not familiar with this kind of interface, which is called Okudagrams or LCARS (library computer access and retrieval system), it is originally designed for 24th century computer display on ST:TNG by Michael Okuda (scenic artist and technical advisor for the production of Star Trek: TNG, DS9, VOY, and movies).
