sorry the only time I have on the net is when I'm at work (I love my T1 line) anyway the numbers 4 and 7 come up in almost all the shows when the discribe the cord. of a ship or the amount of damage the shields took. they will say something like
"set course 104 mark 7 or like couse 104 mark 2 which adds up to 7.

http://www-leland.stanford.edu/~schlock/the47s.html it's pretty cool, but they don't list half of them, everytime I watch DS9 (I don't pay close enough attention to voy.) I head the numbers 47, pretty cool.... well i guess... :)
