I like the idea, its likely thatthe changleings would have infiltrated, considering the whole Maqui connection. But they already did the spy bit with Seska.
I think it would be cooler if they just found a changleing inthe delta. Like Odo was found. the changeling would know nothing of the founders and be like a child. he would be terrible at shapeshifting.
it would certainly be funny.
