Internet Weirdness

I seem to be at a loss!
Every time I try to upload (ftp) this script that I have to my html folder and then view it with Netscape or IE, it won't display all of it. Just over 3/4!
is there some restriction on how long a web doc can be long wise?
The doc is only 30k! And i know HD3 comm forum usually stays at 50-100k! So whats the deal! In all my web experience I've never had this happen!
