: I bought that one too, it's cool. I got the map on my wall, for reference. That's how I new that Voyager would be having that Ferengi episode. In fact, I had already started writing it before they announced it. Oh well.

: It's all in the wording isn't it? That sounds better, having them say the Domion invaded instead of took over. Much better in fact. I think I could beef up the conflict between Paris and Chakotay though, I think that line would help. It says in the pre-production bible that Chakotay does not like Paris at all, so I wanted to capitalize on that, you know what I mean?

: PS: I got a real cool idea for Voyager, but theirs no way in hell they would take it, it would be a two parter...

Yeah, two parters would definatly be kept in house, no matter how lost their staff is.
However, you could still subkit it. They might just choose to rewirte part of it. They are still required to give you credit and money.
Something I've been avoiding is the real fact that a serious writer should definatly want an agent. I know this is hard, but it makes an author easier to deal with and get in touch with, or at least thats how the system prefers it. Anyway, anyone seriously working at throwing a lot of script at paramount should definatly consider getting an agent. i don't think they cost much. And it can be a good learning experience.
