Magnificant Ferengi... the Vorta

OK, for some reason, that Vorta for the episode (not Kaeven (sp) the other old one). For some reason, I didn't think he made a good Vorta. He didn't have the "zest" that all of the other Vorta's that we've seen have had. Is this making any sense?
