Time-line clarification

In the constant attempt to revisit (and revise) my own ST writing, I have come across a potential discrepancy in the time-line of my work.

Could someone please clarify for me what the terrestrial year is (i.e. 2371, 2372, 2373, etc.) for the current season of DS9.
In short, I am trying to determine if the Borg battle at Earth occuring in First Contact happens before or after the start of the Cardassian/Dominion and Federation war taking place near and around DS9 and the Bajoran wormhole.
