If you do not want to send it from work while you are on the clock that is understandable, or you can just wait until lunch or come in early, stay late, something like that, if you don't have a mail box check out www.hotmail.com/ and set you up one, thats what I did. Send your script from your hotmail box, technically you are using your works connection but not their mail box so it should be ok.
