That's wrong. They are the ones who posted all that on MSN anyways. MSN I'm sure has a disclaimer that anything you post on the Internet is subject to be copied and distributed to anyone, and that posting copywrited material is illegal. I mean, they can't sue themselves, but they have to know that everyone has the right to download their stuff and use it, copywrited or not. And it's not like people aren't giving them credit. It's stupid. Just because it's on the internet doesn't mean it's yours to distribute. MSN probably has some kind of contract with Viacom that allows them to distribute the images and other Star Trek things from their server.
