I'm cooler than I thought. I bought this Star Trek: 30 Years mag for this kick ass map of the galaxy, (blows the crap out of the old one from Stralogs Technical Journal) and I just remebered that it had an episode listing with synopsis. "The Search" part One and two happend at the begining of DS9's third season. They also had the episode "The Abandoned" which was all about the Jem'Hadar and the Founders. It was halfway through DS9's thrid season that Voyager was lost, so they would have complete knowledge about the Dominion and its threat to the Fed. And the episode with the shuttle training was cool, again Jem'Hadar ships. I remember being confused about it cause I had forgotten what the ships looked like.

However, as far as Janeway and Paris line in Ghost ship, perhaps a less grand jumping to conclusions could be made? How about "Unless thw Dominio has invaded the Alpha Quad." Instead of just assuming that in only three years the Fed would have wussed out.
Also, the bit about Paris and Chakotay getting pissed seems fine with me. I have friends like that. You stupid things and they get pissed, but they're still your friend. They're just pissed for a while. Its also realistic, Paris did fuck up! Chakotay has every reason to hold it over him every once in a while. We can't all be saints. ;-)
However, after Paris says "I see what you mean." Maybe you could add. "We'll just have to argue about who screwed who a little later.'
