the defient class ship was an experimental ship designed in fighting the borg right? But it proved to be one of the best ships the FED has and goes beyond expectations. So why doesn't the FED built an entire fleet of Defient class ships???? What the hell, they're small and take less material then the huge starships. The problem of it being to powerful is not relevet becuase te defient hasn't blowen up and even the ALT-universe can built a defient. If the Fed's all worried about war, build 50 of them and you can cause alot for damage. even if the other defients don't have cloaks, they would still be better then wasting materials on Sov. Class ships. The dominon is so strong and most of they're ships are ships the size of the defient. makes sence to me...
