He says that the reason why is that Paramount wants the new movie done NOW and he feels that he can't do his best work unless they wait at least a year. What are your thoughts on this? I really can't tell, personally, I would rather see a movie sooner, but I also don't want to see a stupid movie, even if it means waiting another year for it. Unless the new movie is all about the war with the dominion and the enterprises involvment, it won't be consistant. I agree, with all of the great stuff that is happening on DS9, I do not hunger for a new
movie. They should take their time and get it right.
