If you look at ST: Generations, he wanted the Enterprise Command Chair, not some "buck of blots" as Scotty would put it. As for Worf, we all know in the Universe of Star Trek, that he will be in every movie with the TNG Cast no doubt. You saw how they fitted him in to the last movie: ST: First Contact. So don't worry, the cast of the TNG will not be slipt up.
