Yeah, I never thought of that, but it just makes it more clear that it was a different ship. It means that the Borg vessel in the Nuetral Zone wasn't aware of the Federation until they got subspace relay from the other Borg ship that Q introduced the Enterprise too. That's when the Borg became "interested" in the Federation.
